All Diamonds supplied by Canaima will comply with the Kimberley process certification. The Kimberley Process is an international certification program established by the United Nations in 2003 to prevent the trade in conflict diamonds. Canaima will only source and purchase precious stones through legitimate sources.
Our diamonds will also have a diamond certificate (Diamond Grading Report) The report documents the internationally recognised characteristics of a diamond, its carat weight, colour, clarity, cut.
The diamonds will be certified by one of these four organizations:
Gemmological Institute of America (GIA)
The Diamond Certification Laboratory of Australia (DCLA)
Antwerp Diamond High Council (HRD)
American Gem Society Laboratories (AGS)
